Do You "Carry" at Home?
I'm new here and maybe this has been covered several times but I want my wife to know that I am not alone in this regard.
While I am at home doing all my normal stuff I carry a gun in my pocket from the time I get up to when I go to bed. My wife thinks I am paranoid. I told her that it's not all that uncommon.
Thanks for your reply.

There will always be prayer in schools as long as there are tests.

Since I have a house full of kids, I rarely carry around the house. When not on my person, all firearms are locked up but several are in quick access safes.
I still consider myself "armed" because over the years I have also collected a variety of weapons in general and virtually every room has one or more of axes, swords, spears, halberds, etc... hanging on the wall.

Your wife would think I am a wacko for sure!
I carry a 45 IWB at home and several revolvers in different rooms and an extra in my truck. If you try and guess when you will need it you most likely will guess wrong that has been prov-en time and again in history.
You could just hang up those (( Gun Free zone )) signs at home and point at them when the bad guys come!

No,
But...I always have several firearms nearby.
If I lived somewhere other than where I do (out in the country), the answer might well be yes.
If I go out to the shop after dark, I will sometimes take a weapon.
Basically, if you can make it to my house without me or the dogs noticing....I deserve to be assaulted.
