Per title - been trying to get the renewal / apply page since Friday. Different computers, browsers, and my cell phone, nada.

There is a problem for me at least on texas.gov. But if you run the link by itself, you can get there.

Thanks tlt - your link worked fine. My wife (at 71) is finally getting her CHL/LTC.
