I sprayed several coats of truck bed liner on the grips for my CZ82. Really improved the grip.

Now that there is not only funny, I'll bet it does work. LOL

Maybe I should put that on the slides of my guns, and then I don't have to worry about scratching them if they get dropped.

That's a real upgrade on those original soviet slick grips , looks nice too . Can't imagine how you put 'several' coats on , must have been a fine mist . I took the easy way and went wood .
