Status change timeline
Submitted all my info Oct 31st, fingerprinted Nov.3 My online status updated this morning so my plastic should be here soon:) And no,I never called and bothered them either.

Now the REAL wait begins,
12-4 I sent app online
12-11 I sent CHL-100 online
12-14 I got email confirming of sent app & CHL-100, have appt 12-17 for prints. I'm hoping turn around time is quicker than normal, but my luck it will be 60 day maximum.
