Just got off the phone with DPS (on hold for 30min). Anyways, she said it was issued today 1/11. But I suppose that it won't be in my hands for some time. It feels good knowing after the money spent and wait time that will have it in the next couple weeks.

I've been lurking for a couple weeks and thought I'd go ahead and post my timeline so far:

Application: 11/27/2015
Class/CHL-100 submitted: 11/28/2015
Confirmation email: 11/30/2015
Fingerprinting: 12/01/2015
Beginning of anxious waiting: 12/02/2015

I try to be patient, as I'm used to waiting on NFA stamps. Of course it hasn't stopped me from checking to see if the website has changed at least a couple times a day.

Who am I kidding? I'm not patient at all...

If it was issued today you should be getting in the next couple days. The website changes when the card is issued and most geg it in the mail the same day or next day. Some have said the website never changed for them. Congratulations!

Online Application & confirmation - 12/1/15
Fingerprinted/uploaded/supporting doc confirmation - 12/3/15

Checking status online shows nothing but to allow adequate time for processing. I finally called DPS today. They said my application was entered YESTERDAY. So it took over 30 days to enter. They said I should expect 60 days from this point. So I'll be checking the forum hoping to see someone with similar timeline with some luck.

Sigsauerguy, any news? Has the web site changed for you yet? Your not but 2 weeks before me, so I'm thinking as soon as you get yours I should not be too far away.

1/4: fingerprints, submitted all files that evening
1/5: received 'we got your stuff' email

And now we wait.

And check the website repeatedly.

Reading a post where they are still handling november's applicants is scary.

Nothing. I see Westex had the "we got your stuff" on 11/18 and just got it 1/11... Not good for us. Seems like forever.

Just got off the phone with a nice lady in Austin and my LTC was issued yesterday and the website is changed this morning. Documents recieved confirmation Nov 12 so exactly 60 days and that is with a couple arrest on my record.

CONGRATULATIONS KC80! I told you the other day that the Eagle was flying in from Austin, awaiting to land is just a matter of a day or so. Congrats again!

Timeline, was Nov 12th your final "doc's received" confirmation email or your (final doc's) actual day you sent doc's? I'm wondering cause my (last item fingerprints) was sent Dec 17th which was a Thursday & received email confirmation on that following Monday.
