I came across his knives and was shocked twice.
Once by their beauty and secondly by their price...!
Does anyone here own one?
If so, how do you like it?
(i'm, cough, cough, thinking about buying one)

Re: Anyone Own A Daniel Winkler Sheath Knife?
I don't own one at those prices I'd never be able to use it. It would just be something to put in a display case.
I'm fan of ESEE knives I own two of them and will probably be adding another soon. I have used them for years camping, hunting etc..
I'm relatively new to the forum is there enough interest in the topic of knives to start a category for them?

Dan Winkler makes an exceptional knife; however, they demand premium prices just like any other Master Bladesmith knife. These knives can be used; but, most (possibly all) spend their lives in display cases or safes.
