Mailed my info in beleave I made a mistake

Quick question. So I completed my CHL/Ltc class and got finger printed and I beleave I made a mistake I just sent the CHL 100 training form was a supposed to send in the checklist with a barcode with the form also?

I did not send the checklist and barcode in back when I applied and everything came out ok. All the documentation is tied to your driver's license number.

I just scanned mine, went to the RSD site, did what it said to do, I did not send the bar code either, what puzzled me was no kind of confirmation---just dead looking, nothing denoting I had completed the function.. Whatz up with that ????? anyone else see that ? did it come out ok. I still have my wife's application to do... Don't want any issues..
