One line through it will work on the finger print cards, and yellow app. don't make any changes on the three papers that are notarized, and with the new photo holder that should do it for you.
Oh yes, be sure that the back of the photo's are signed by both you and the person that printed you.

Only the loose photo is signed on the back by both of us. The one in the holder is not. The bottom of the holder is signed by me.
