A Pastor Shot Six Times After Church

The pastor of an Idaho church was shot and critically wounded Sunday, just one day after giving the invocation at a rally for Texas Senator Ted Cruz
Pastor Tim Remington was shot six times as he left The Alter Church following Sunday services, the Spokesman Review reports.

While his injuries are serious, he is expected to make a full recovery, according to the newspaper.
Proof that you do not stop fighting just because you have been shot.

I can attest to that, been there done that being shot thing. It ain't fun, it hurts like nothing you have ever done before, but the drive to stay alive over rides the pain and makes you really mad, you open the can of whoop butt and you fight, even if its just for your life and getting away or to make the dirtbag pay for shooting you in the first place.

Speechless, all the more reason to carry everywhere all the time!

http://www.cnn.com/2016/03/08/us/idaho- ... index.html

"The shooting of an Idaho pastor in his church was "a pre-planned attack," authorities said Monday, but they are still searching for a motive."

"'I will tell you that some details surrounding Mr Odom's planning are disturbing," Coeur d'Alene Police Department Chief Lee White said at a news conference Monday according to KREM."

So the authorities have found nothing except media hype that links the prayer at the Cruz rally to the shooting. I guess at this stage the media could find victims that ate cornflakes for breakfast and call that a link.

None of the media reports that I have seen or heard claimed any link between the Cruz rally and the shooting. Instead I saw one quote where someone said that they believe that it could be related to the pastor's work with people in addiction recovery.

However, the Ted Cruz link is really the only reason why the mainstream media care about this shooting (oh, that and the usual reason... to push for gun control).

Suspected shooter has been arrested outside the White House tonight after he was seen throwing items over the White House fence. He is a former marine. http://www.foxnews.com/us/2016/03/09/su ... cmp=hplnws
Article states in part: "... claimed in a Facebook post hours before he was arrested that Remington (pastor) was a Martian who had ruined his life."
