Have thought of this but didn't want to then myself litter. I have thought of saving them and taking them inside. Perhaps pick up all that I can find each day and delivering them inside their offices weekly.
Obviously it bothers you so collect and deliver them as you thought inside their office as you get a bunch. Be sure to let them know that you 'found' the papers that their driver mistakenly dropped. Dumping them outside their office does constitute littering. Personally, after speaking to people who could not care any less, I just drop them in my recycle bin. Wasteful ? Very, but much less stressful. deep breaths

While I can simply put them into the trash, we don't have recycling here so it is wasteful of them to do this. But the bigger issue is that I don't like having to worry about them sitting on my driveway when I'm gone as it sends an obvious signal that I'm not home. Either way I shouldn't have to increase my waste generation or worry about papers left in my driveway because of the jerks who think that they are entitled to do this. I guess that I'll see what happens when I deliver a bunch of them to their front desk.

They are littering on your property. I'm not sure how this is any different than putting your trash bags in someone else's yard to avoid paying for garbage disposal.
Personally, I would consider filing a police report. If the police refuse to take your report, then drop a few bags of your trash off at their offices. Then again, some consider me to be a bit rude.

Hmmm...decided to try one more approach - I found their Facebook page last night and called them out on it. And just like that I got a call from the circulation manager this morning, promising to have me removed by next week. Maybe success, will wait and see.

Nicely done! Let us know how it pans out. I didn't even think of hitting them in the social media.

Not nothing. They're selling advertising, which is their business. That the advertisers may not be getting the eyeballs they want is a different subject. But advertisers are usually not babes in the woods, so I wouldn't worry too much about them.

Since I don't even take the paper out of the plastic bag, they are wasting their advertising dollars on me.

That does have me wondering how many of my neighbors feel the same way. I see that the vast majority of folks here leave them in the driveway overnight - Thursday being trash day they seem to put it directly in the trash. I wonder how many would sign their names to a petition to have the newspaper stop delivering in the neighborhood.

My neighbor feels the same way. That is why she sometimes picks up the papers from my front yard and throws them in the trash for me.
