NRA problem

I have a question. I am an NRA member and I renew every year in January. I renewed this year and received my free range bag but I have not recieved my membership card like I have in years past. Is there a reason? Or have they stopped sending cards? I am curious as to why I havnt gotten it. It's almost August so I wonder what's goin on.
