It may be fuzzy, I remember several years ago, a landowner shot a person in the leg, the person was either an employee or a person surveying the structures of the power lines in the ROW over the landowner's property.
The landowner was charged, but when it went to trial, the jury found for the landowner.
Think this was near Austin, about '95, or so.
Does anyone remember the specifics of the incident?
