First off let me just say hello to everyone. I've been lurking here for a couple months and the info is great! I have a question and since it's close to the Holidays I thought I'd ask the Wise Men. My neighbor expressed an interest in getting his CHL, he is retired military. I told him I thought that his fees would be reduced but I can't find the info in my book. It's a 2003 addition and does not mention military or retired military.
Thank You O'Wise Ones.

I don't believe retired military is a discounted category.

Maybe he could get a senior citizen discount?
