Fellow LTC'ers I have something to say
I would like to first offer my thanks and gratitude for such a well run forum and the very useful knowledge that I have found on here. But what is really on my heart tonight is the reason we carry. Remember each and every person in here carries because we see the value of life and the value of protecting ourselves and family and friends. We literally strap on a big responsibility every time we arm up and walk out that door. While most of us will never have to use our firearm and we should be thankful for that we need to understand that there is a chance. I pray I never have to use it but i stay prepared and vigilant. I often say when asked by friends and family why do you always carry? Do you really need it? My response is well wether I need it or not I'm glad to have it and the best way to prevent something from happening is to always have it. I will not be that victim or let those I love and care about be that victim. Guys and Gals the best gun is the one you have on you. It doesn't matter if your a big bore guy or somebody who carries a 32 remember why you carry, take it seriously, and remember to always always always be careful. Train the best you can. No i don't particularly mean tactical I mean get out and shoot become proficient and also have stinkin fun!!!
