What do I know, I like to shoot one handed.

The answer is " it depends"
What type of shooting will you be doing?
If competitive speed shooting or high stress multiple shot engagements are required then a perceived 70/30 is what you're are looking for. It enables you to recover much faster for follow up/additional shots.
If shooting for absolute precision then a very different grip can or should be used. It will be an individual thing but the trick is to keep things as consistent as possible so many people adapt to putting just enough force to hold the gun up with their weak hand and only enough pressure with their strong hand to manipulate the trigger without disturbing the sights. It requires being able to deal with the free recoil without flinching so using mild loads/calibers to learn or reinforce the technique is a must.
