Wow...that view off the patio of the Fortress at Palo Duro Canyon!

Not a traffic jam in sight....
The left lies about everything. Truth is a liberal value, and truth is a conservative value, but it has never been a left-wing value. People on the left say whatever advances their immediate agenda. Power is their moral lodestar; therefore, truth is always subservient to it. - Dennis Prager

We've been to some of those areas and have stayed at other properties that are similar. It never fails to amaze me at how many beautiful areas there are in TX, and how diverse it is. Always on the lookout for our next destination so thanks for sharing this!

I need to go on hunting trip and stay in one of those properties. Limit the budget to $3,000 per hunting trip

Absolutely! That photo alone makes me want to go to Palo Duro Canyon again. I haven't been there in decades.

I really need to make it to Palo Duro, I'm only 3 hours away. I have friends in the area one at Long Hunters in Amarillo, one at Tyler Gun Works in Friona, and one with the NWS in Amarillo (He lives in Canyon). I really need to do the Jeep tours that are done by a nearby ranch and maybe even hit the Jeep Jamboree next year.
How do you explain a dog named Sauer without first telling the story of a Puppy named Sig?

If we planned it far enough in advance, perhaps we could organize a Forum gathering.
