Only if you're buying it for self-defense... Some people get guns just to have fun on the range, and reliability doesn't much matter for that role.

Most of my guns are just for having fun at the range, but if they don't work, I don't like them. That is the first requirement of a firearm, to work. This is especially true for polymer high capacity pistols.
