Moronic Florida Woman Opens Fire On Guests For Dumbest Reason Ever

A Florida woman was arrested Monday after she opened fire on her house guests, whom she believed had overstayed their welcome, deputies said.

Alana Savell, 32, was booked into a panhandle jail on a charge of aggravated battery with a firearm.

Savell told deputies that the woman and her friend had come over to hang out, began drinking and were “getting too loud.” Savell said she didn’t want them in her house anymore, so she started shooting at their feet.

This is funny in a way if it weren't so serious at the same time. Sounds like an old western with boy friend receiving the consequences of his own advice. But in our society today it is not so funny. People going to someone's house hanging out drinking for a few days. Reading between the lines this probably degenerated to a gutter level. Not the kind of friends I would want to hang out with.

True, but it sounds like she wasn't pointing at them. It sounds like she was aiming at the ground near their feet to get them to move. Still not a great idea, but a lawyer might be able to argue that and get them down to unlawful discharge of a weapon. It wouldn't surprise me.

Sounds like her boyfriend is on the waiting list to join Mensa.
He told her if she had told them to leave three times, she could legally shoot at the ground by their feet, and if that didn't work to shoot them in the leg. Of course he took a round in the leg so he must not have taken the hint.
