Mr. Mann's letter should be required reading in every US Government class. It succinctly lays out the Electoral College and our constitutional method of government.

Texas is well served by Mr. Mann. I encourage everyone to go to his website and read the letters that people from across the country have written to him in an attempt to change his vote. Some are quite remarkable.
