They should have posted "90N/S" sign to specifically exclude the entry of Santa or his helpers. :rules:

I am going to be in the minority here, but they had ever right to ask him to leave, especially if he was stealing attention from the park. There are in the business of making money, they own the property, and it is their rules. Imagine if you tried to dress as Mickey and enter Disney.

Maybe they had a circle-slash-Santa sign... PC 30.05, class B misdemeanor for you, Santa. It's like a dress code for men...no Santa beards...This is all just a reflection of the extremely high regard in which Texas has held property rights since the days of Sam Houston and the Republic. :rules:
4/13/1996 Completed CHL Class, 4/16/1996 Fingerprints, Affidavits, and Application Mailed, 10/4/1996 Received CHL, renewed 1998, 2002, 2006, 2011, 2016...). "ATF... Uhhh...heh...heh....Alcohol, tobacco, and GUNS!! Cool!!!!"

They also have the right to hire him at minimum wage and let him work his own hours for the season. They could give him the same security check they give everyone. Instead they ruined it for the kids and this gentleman and no one was happy.

I met this gentleman at the Qdoba in Burleson a few months ago, he was eating with his wife and his grandkids. several kids approached him and parents took pictures. He even has reindeer decals on his red Ford pickup, and "Santa" written on the door just below the driver's window. I think Six Flags over reacted, I could see them asking him not to hand out candy, but he looks like Santa, no matter what he is wearing. JMHO

I'm almost certain that the park has their own Santa display for families to wait in line for pictures with Santa that the park will then attempt to sell back to the families for somewhere in the range of $20 a print. Park Santa probably said to hobby Santa "This park ain't big enough for the both of us" as he slowly motioned to his right hip and lifted the edge of his red Santa coat revealing the wooden grips of his roll cap .45 caliber Colt revolver.

I agree that Six Flags was within their rights to ask him to leave due to his "costume". It is obvious the man enjoys and promotes his similarity to a fictional elf and probably pushed his luck taking his act into someone else' venue.

The left lies about everything. Truth is a liberal value, and truth is a conservative value, but it has never been a left-wing value. People on the left say whatever advances their immediate agenda. Power is their moral lodestar; therefore, truth is always subservient to it. - Dennis Prager

I can understand asking him to stop. Making him leave is more than is really necessary. Telling him the only way he could stay is if he shaved his beard? Really?
