Hey all,
Looking for some guidance if it is something as simple as updating an address to an out of state address or if I have to go through the whole application procedure again, however, for an out of state CHL. I currently posses a valid Texas CHL, however, I am changing residency.
TIA

Thankfully it's now the same as any other change of address.

It must be done by mail, cannot be done online. Main reason is their website cannot change your DL#. You must print a CHL-70 form, & mail it in with a check & copy of your new DL.
