A Fort Worth native, he had a new TV series that just started (I believe just this month) based on the movie Training Day, and played Sam Houston in Texas Rising. His family owned Paxton Lumber Company in Fort Worth and he grew up in a house by the golf course at Shady Oaks Country Club.

Also one of my favorites. I liked every movie I saw him in. Can't say that about a lot of actors.

Well, maybe not Predator 2.

My wife was especially saddened by his passing, she said when she was a kid she and her cousin would pick up golf balls found on the golf course for Bill and he would sell them to the golfers, she said he was always a good guy.

:thumbs2: I was going to post a clip from "Weird Science", but I couldn't find one that was safe for the forum.
