Regarding my comments about reverse engineering the failed N.Korean missiles we might
be retrieving from the ocean: we would not want to reverse engineer them in order to duplicate
failure.

We may wish to retrieve them in order to assess who is supplying the parts from which they are
assembled, then stepping on the suppliers in order to disrupt the supply chain.

Just a thought.
