Work VS Free time

I carry my LCP at work and when I'm working around the house because it's very unobtrusive. If I'm going somewhere that will have a crowd I swap it out for my XDm 4.5 40.

Texas is an "at will" employment state. At work, my pistol stays out of sight but my three extra magazines and the Safariland QLS mount for my holster stay visible on my belt.

That's unusual for a company to be fine with visible magazines but not a firearm.

I should have said that the triple magazine pouch was visible. The pockets have flaps, for positive retention , which obscure but do not completly hide the magazines.
