Police said an officer fatally shot a man who was holding a woman at knifepoint at a home in Irving Tuesday morning.

This was about 200 yards from my house. Drove by the aftermath about 6:30 this morning

I love these people who have been watching too many movies where a guy keeps the police at bay with a knife to someone's throat.

In real life, you get shot; deservedly so.

That is just down the road from my house. I for one do not think of family violence at 6:00AM. I guess yesterday was an eventful day for south Story AR's. Yesterday leaving Braums we drive down to the park and there was a bicyclist that was ran over. He was in very bad shape. We called 911 and the Ambulance came. I am not for sure rather he lived or not.
