Anti-30.06 cards?

I saw these once...

There are business cards out there that have some statistics about gun safety with CHL holders and inform the business owner that you will not shop there any longer and requests they reconsider their policy.

These are cards that you can hand to the manager, drop in their mailbox, whatever.

Anyone else seen these and know where to get them? I could make them myself, but would like to have the wording that was used on these cards.

Texas State Rifle Association sells them on thier website.
