ISIS condemns Kathy Griffin for cultural appropriation

The self-proclaimed Islamic State has issued a statement condemning self-proclaimed comedian Kathy Griffin, accusing her of “cultural appropriation” after she posed for a photograph with a mock severed head of President Donald Trump.

The group, which has been protective of its brand ever since taking over vast swaths of Iraq and Syria and establishing itself as the premier beheading agency in the Middle East, said it was deeply disturbed by Griffin’s “ignorant and offensive” use of a “sacred Islamic State tradition.”

“This is just another example of a privileged white woman culturally appropriating the proud custom of a marginalized people. Beheadings are our thing, not your thing,” said the statement, which was released on Telegram.

For those who don't know this site, it's a parody site that caters to military personnel. From their "About Us" page:

Cognizant of the inaccuracy of stereotyping, I'd say there's truth in their humor. What she did is every bit as offensive as Vaudeville's blackface.

She needs to own that aspect of her stunt, too. Her photographic statement was cruel. It may have increased the danger of being an American President. I'll stop short of saying her gruesome picture was terrorism, but in one measure it had the same effect.

It did nothing to heal the world's wounds.

Anybody who thinks Indian Country parodies the left only needs to read those two articles to see he's on target.

Isis could attack America, hijack the air waves, explain for 10 minutes how this is retaliation for Kathy and the MSM would still blame the attacks on Trump and tweets.
