I messed up. I paid DPS online 70.00 not 140.00. I just caught this mistake.I paid almost 2 weeks ago. I just read that's 140.00 for LTC. I remember paying 70.00. I guess I will have to call the CC company and see what I paid. I hope this can be fixed. Sheesh.

If it's a renewal, $70 + the web fee is correct.

It's not a renew. I will try to fix it on the phone Monday I guess.

If it's a new application & you selected "indigent" by mistake, then you must physically mail a check or money order for $70. This fee CANNOT be paid online nor by phone. & Definitely do NOT go online & apply to be an instructor. ($100 fee). Make check payable to "Texas DPS".

Everything is ok. The cost for a 60 year old is 70,00 dollars. Being linked to my driver license I got an auto discount.
