I saw a little exchange between the Congressman that was sponsoring the bill and one of the Brady Bunch nuts discussing this issue on Fox News this morning. I forgot which Fox reporter was playing referee, but as usual for the city boy mentality he seemed to play towards the side of the Brady Bunch. Also guess what video snip was used to reasno that having guns in the classroom would be a mistake? Anyone remember the one with the statement (paraphrased) "I am the only one in this classroom with enough experience to handle this "[abbreviated profanity deleted]-tay"......BOOM! Remember th one where the federal agent was showing his gun handling skills and had an ND that resulted in his need for a larger shoe and crutches for awhile? This idiotic video has absolutely NO reloation to a CHL holding teacher carrying in a school. If that's the best argument they can come up with you would think that the 2Aer's have it won. But, the American public is so brainwashed with all the media hype and misinformation, they really believe that a classroom teacher would be prone to show their weapon in class and possibly have an "accident". The Brady geek was also pointing out how a student may take a gun away from a teacher on campus and use it, and that we would all be much safer to just employ several more police officers. What, are we going to put a blue suit in every classroom now?
