iphone viruses

My Nephew used my iphone to watch some trash and now I'm infected (I assume). I've had to reboot every 30 min. or so. Then today, I no longer have any contacts. Anyone with a recommendation of a good app. that will clean an iphone?

Reset to factory setting and restore from a clean back up.
