Renewing a lapsed CHL
My CHL expired three years ago.
It looks like I have to take the full class instead of the renewal class and pay the $140 fee for a new application but is there any way I can keep my original license number?

They will use your original license number. Call them and tell them you had a CHL and ask for a re-apply application and do not apply online. I had a simular situation.boomerang wrote:My CHL expired three years ago.
