Academy sports and outdoors military/veteran discount

Nov 1-12 Academy sports and outdoors is offering 10% off online and in store. I did not see anywhere where it said about any exclusions.

Just used mine today on Astros shirts!

Go online to their site and verify with them unless you have a military ID card. I am a veteran and I don't know if veteran on you DL or LTC card is enough.

Yes, in store i showed VETERAN on my DL. Good enough

I've had a few places, might have been Academy, in the past where the person at the register just asked me if I was a veteran. Each time I simply responded, "Navy." Each time, IIRC, they keyed something in and I received some level of discount. It hasn't happened in a while and kind of surprised me the times it did. None of them asked for verification.
