i was wondering
if you do NOT have a CHL are you legally allowed to carry a concealed weapon within your apartment complex?

Only in areas that are fully under your control. This would be inside your apartment including an ATTACHED garage.

But hallways, outdoor grounds, the pool and/or health club etc. would be off limits. These are regarded as common areas that any resident has access to. You can't carry in common areas.

To and from a car you own or control.....
Reasonable gun control is hitting your target with the first shot.

How do you figure that???

Common areas where you live??? Off-Limits to licenced concealed carry???

I'm flipping through the rule book...And don't see a thing about that being a no-no...

(I'm not really flipping through any rule book... )

There's some undercurrent here in the original question that makes me think there is something else they wish to know...But I am not going to utter what it is I think they want to know...

Its been discussed before...And it kinda feels like "O"range "C"ounty to me for some reason...

But I didn't say nothin'... ;-)

The question pertained to unlicensed concealed carry.
