2018 LTC Instructor class waiting time

I submitted all my records to DPS at the end of March to be added to the waiting list for future DPS training. Still waiting. Will update when I get the email. For those of you who have applied to become an instructor in the last couple years, how long was your total wait?

I applied in Mar 2017. Class was in Dec 2017.

But... there were lots of new regs to incorporate, possibly, so they may have deferred the classes for a while in 2017.

You’re prob 6 months out at the very soonest.
