mailing packet

when i mail my application packet to the dps should i send it confirm delivery,registered mail,or 3rd class mail?

I sent my Certified Mail return receipt.

I'm sending mine normal first class. If you're worried buy Delivery Confirmation or send the flat by Certified Mail.

I just finished my packet - went into the mail this morning, actually. My instructor recommended Certified Mail, so I went with that.

I sent my Certified Mail return receipt.

I have always sent my renewals certified over the years as well. Never had a problem with DPS, but I have had another state agency loose my paperwork before.
