Was going to the range today

Post by SkipB »

I had thoughts of going to the range and spending a few hours there today. But the rain came last night and again this morning here in the Waco area. Guess I'll wait a few days and let it dry out the head out there. Can't complain about the rain.

I shot in the rain wearing a poncho once. Criminals don't wait on the weather.

I spent two tours in Vietnam in the Infantry and 10 1/2 years active duty. I spent 15 years in Police work. I have shot in the rain many times and not always at a paper target. If a bad guy needs dusting I can handle that, rain, sleet or shine. I'm sorta long in the tooth, a tad over weight, slrightly out of shape, bald headed, and would just reather stay dry when I can at this point in time. Hee Hee Hee.
