^^^ This. Yes I remember. I was those kids. And cops & robbers, and Army Guys. We played with toy guns and real guns that our dads brought back from WWII. I miss that time.

I remember well. Back in the 50s. We drove the neighbors to distraction tearing all over the neighborhood playing "army." It was a big deal to go down to the dimestore and stock up on ammo, er, caps.
