How do you go about getting a PIN number?

You received a PIN number when you got your original CHL, and it is sent with your renewal notice too.

If you don't have it, you can request it from DPS. They won't tell it to you over the phone, but they will mail it to you.

They will also email it to you if you fill out the form.

We moved from Temple to Waco June 1st and did our address changes on line and it went very smoothly. I can't remember the time line but it wasn't long at all. 10 to 14 days I think.
