Also gives some hope for "the line" that maybe DPS isn't backlogged right now.

But ... there is that "County Attitude" issue which may delay my processing. I knew I should have built a place in Williamson.

I'm getting passed up! Mine was mailed 9/4 and I got my pin about 10 days later. Still "processing".
