Ruling letters no longer available

Post by jmorris »

Perhaps my search-fu is weak but I didn't find anything on this. I went to:

https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/30 ... ng-letters

and it redirected me to:

https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/ex ... complaints

I can't find any links to the actual ruling letters. Anybody have one?

The AG changed its website months (a year?) ago and the ruling letters disappeared. I called and asked about it and left a complaint of sorts with someone who answered the phone to give to the IT team, but ... nada.

OK, it was more like a year and half ago. Here's my post on the change: https://texaschlforum.com/viewtopic.php ... e#p1222968

I suppose you could do an open records request for copies of the letters (might as well ask for all the complaints while you are at it).

Time flies etc, etc. Can't believe it's been that long since I checked. Thanks much.

Whelp, this COVID 19 business is not going to make Paxton v. City of Austin courthouse sign litigation get resolved any faster... :banghead:

Whoops, just realized I posted this in the wrong thread. Lemme try again.
