46.02 question

I just noticed that PC46.02 has no affirmative defense or "this section does not apply" for CHL'ers. Am I missing something?




I would copy 46.02 in here if I could, but for some reason I can't get the dang text to copy like I used to be able to do.

Doesn't have one for LEOS either.

PC46.15 is where you find N/A for CHLs and LEOS, etc.

10-15 years ago it was all in 46.02, but when they revised it, they gave N/A a separate section.
