...for any of you who may frequent Grapevine Mills Mall. I understand the mall is evidently posted 30.06 at the main entrance. Is the parkng lot posted as well? I know that would be unusual but thought I would check before making the drive. Thanks

Do a search and you will find many long discussions on Grapevine and the other Mills' malls.

Yes, they post out of the way signs on some entrances while some anchor stores, like Bass Pro in Katy, are not marked at all.

I don't recall seeing any signs in the parking lots.

The latest discussions mention a sale of some of the properties to another developer, but no news on CC status with the new owners.

Thanks. I'm guessing the parking lot isn't posted. Since I've gotten my CHL, I am paying attention to signage I used to ignore.

There is nothing prohibiting carrying in the parking lot at GVM.

They have 30.06 signs posted at the main mall entrances, but not at the mall anchors (Dept stores). Also the verbage of the posted signs are not "identical" to the verbge laid out in the CHL handbook. It is similar, but not identical.
