A number of news articles about it and then a statement from Southlake Police:

The articles and statement all mention that Hill was arrested, however, I do not see him listed as being booked into Tarrant County at any time since the incident. :tiphat:

I don't know about the rest of you but Mr. Hill needs to be convicted of a felony and lose his right to own firearms IMHO. There was mistake number one when he decided to give chase of a vehicle with his family in the car! What kind of stupid does it take to put your whole family at risk of death or serious injury over somebody hitting your vehicle? Then he jumps out with a gun in his hand to confront the people he SUSPECTED did it? No, this guy is a hazard to us all.
