Group in San Antonio drinking and setting off fireworks. Individual thinks is a fine idea to sit a mortar on his head and light it.
Firework malfunctions and blows out the bottom.
Individual does not survive.

We had a fireworks malfunction years ago (no booze involved, that I recall)...at a buddy's place in Mettaire, LA....almost blew up his Grandma....never knew she could RUN like that! Fortunately she could!
