chl handgun laws handbook

Post by striker55 »

I was reading my handbook for the tenth time and noticed it was 2005-2006, January 2006 issue, is there a new one? Will Austin send us one if requested? This is the book I received at my CHL class.

There is an updated book. A PDF file is available here.

I don't know if you can get a printed copy from DPS. You can probably get one from your CHL instructor.

CHL instructors won't have them until DPS runs out of the old ones.

Usually about March. Your best best is to download it from the link provided by our friend seamus.

iirc, the new handbooks are not going to start showing up until January.
There maybe someone with a a more precise recollection, or varying info from a separate class.
Ø resist

Take away the second first, and the first is gone in a second.
