Thank you sir. And here's a thanks to those who are still serving!

Many of us joined at a time when we knew who the enemy was. We knew their uniforms, their tactics, and equipment. Those who've joined since 9/11 entered during a more uncertain time. They're fighting unknown enemies on two fronts: overseas and in their rear echelons (aka: armchair quarterbacks AND woke extremist infiltrators). I have a great respect for this newer generation of war fighters.
Your best option for personal security is a lifelong commitment to avoidance, deterrence, and de-escalation.
When those fail, aim for center mass.
