Yuri Bezmenov was a KGB asset who got sick of Russia and defected to Canada.
You can find an 81 minute video on Youtube where he lays out the "Russian subversion" plans to weaken the United States.
He reveals the "long game" of how Russia undermines the US. Good stuff, by that I mean he educates American citizens as to the skullduggery going on.
