More detailed account of the murder and mayhem this idiot caused in two cities. They name the shooter as Shane James.

Documented mental health problems, arrest for domestic violence, one news report says he was an Army officer from (I think 2013-2015), normal minimum active duty for an officer is four years for the last several years, what is the back story here?
