It wasn't mentioned, but it was reported that, besides taping over the door bell camera, they also cut the power to the residence before breaching the door.

Purposeful over kill.
My opinion: even though the zero tolerance plan had not been implemented Biden's handlers, I.E. the un-elected staff decided to have the ATF make a preemptive statement and Malinoski would be a high profile target to get attention.
