Charlie Kirk Shot

Re: Charlie Kirk Shot
Still in shock. Charlie Kirk was one of the kindest persons and genuinely sought dialogue with anyone in the hope to share his faith in Christ, but to also change peoples minds and have open and honest discussions about the various issues. He did not compromise his beliefs, yet did so with gentleness and firmness.
Below is picture of the weapon used from OpenSourceIntelligenceMonitor on X:
...The rifle, a Mauser .30–06 Bolt-Action Hunting Rifle, was found wrapped in a towel inside a wooded area near the building where the shot which killed Kirk originated from, with the spent cartridge still inside the rifle as well as three unspent rounds of .30–06 Springfield. All cartridges in the rifle were engraved with wording expressing transgender and antifascist ideologies, according to the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

I may be way off, but those thoughts came to my mind as not out of the realm of possibility. As stated it's a theory and only that. I acknowledge history is full of odd coincidences.Vol Texan wrote: Thu Sep 11, 2025 11:46 amYour ideas sound a bit reaching - but for the life of me I can't argue with your reasoning. Everything you said is within the realm of possibility, given the evil perpetuated by the American left.puma guy wrote: Thu Sep 11, 2025 9:53 am I have a theory about this shooting. I think it was an orchestrated effort with many involved. The two people taken into custody and questioned were distractions to let the real shooter escape while law enforcement dealt with the first guy and the second guy dressed in black and running away was a backup decoy. I read they found the rifle, an old military surplus Mauser, converted to .30/06 caliber. It still had the spent shell used to kill Charlie in the chamber and two unspent cartridges in the magazine. All three were engraved with anti-fascist and transgender ideology phrases. Further shot was taken right after Charlie Kirk was asked a question about transgenders. Just as he was answering he was shot. I'll go out on a limb and say the police need to look into the person who asked the question for any correlation.

Reported by Wall Street Journal and others, but unconfirmed officially, that ammunition engraved with transgender and antifascist ideology inside the rifle.
Once they catch or find out who the assassin is, they can dig into his family, friends, associates, online activity, etc. and see if anyone helped. But without any evidence either way, I would likely attribute it to an evil person being radicalized believing that speech is equivalent to violence. Just seeing posts of numerous people celebrating this, makes me sick knowing our country is full of evil people that think this is OK. I have even seen videos of people saying they would have killed Charlie Kirk if they could. Seeing lots of posts that are wanting other conservatives assassinated.
But I agree with a post by Chris Loesch that this was done by an amateur and not a professional hit. In part he states:
The weapon: an older Mauser bolt-action rifle in .30-06 Springfield, fired from the Losee Center rooftop. Distance: 131–200 yards, per mapping and video evidence.
The .30-06 is an old, trusted, flat-shooting round. From a 22-inch barrel, a 165-grain bullet at 2,700 fps drops ~2.7 inches at 131 yards, ~4.3 inches at 200. Used in WW2 and Korea sniper rifles, it’s deadly accurate at these ranges.
Charlie was fatally hit in the neck. A sniper’s analysis backs up what I have been saying that the shooter aimed for the head but didn’t account for that drop. It’s a shot any novice hunter could make, but a pro adjusts for drop. This was an amateur with a dark motive not some super spy.

Trump says shooter caught.
Turned in by relative.
“'It was a minister, and the minister went to a friend – a minister who’s involved in law enforcement, by the way, and his good friend is a top US marshal, and they took it from there and then it was a father got involved,' the president said.”

Tyler Robinson.
Some stories now saying turned in by room mate.
Listened to NPR radio saying unkind things about Charlie Kirk and his supporters and followers. Lamenting his becoming a martyr.
https://x.com/sensereceptor/status/1966 ... 89728?s=46
Not everyone is buying the narrative. The guy jumps down with no visible rifle. Then the rifle is found assembled “ as a bread crumb”. Took the time to assemble the rifle while on the run? Supposedly hard to do.

I found an AI enhanced photo of the shooter yesterday. It was highly detailed. I'll be interested in seeing how close it is to reality.

The left is in a frenzy to make the assassin out to be a right wing MAGA. His family is conservative, but he was not. Not posting here, but I have seen AI photos of the images I posted at the bottom where the red tshirt is altered to be a MAGA tshirt.

That's not how ideologies work... even if you could snap your fingers at change the mind of 100% of the world's leftists, the ideas will still exist to tempt future generations. The only defense from bad ideas is better ideas.LDB415 wrote: Thu Sep 11, 2025 8:07 am Civil War II. The left wants it. At some point they will likely get it. It won't go well for them. And they'll do all they can to make sure that we're the side to blame for it.LDB415 wrote: Thu Sep 11, 2025 8:07 am Civil War II. The left wants it. At some point they will likely get it. I've seen some of the nastiest things coming from the left over the past few weeks. Horrific, terrible people posting extremely vile comments, effectively celebrating what happened. I'm not going to post links to them - they don't deserve the additional clicks.
And yet, the propaganda being spewed from NBC is that it's all coming from the right: https://www.nbcnews.com/tech/internet/t ... wtab-en-us
We hope to win this battle, but we WANT to win it at the ballot box. Nick Freitas said it best here:
I feel that the next generation, the most conservative young group in half a century, will show up at the ballot box with that in their minds. I don't want to see the civil war. Oh, I'm prepared for it, both spiritually and physically, but I hope it never happens.https://www.tiktok.com/@nickjfreitas3.0 ... 9700865293
"What you think happened was that a political leader that you didn't like was killed. When in reality, what actually happened was that the older brother for an entire generation of young conservatives was just murdered right in front of their faces. Right? Right in front of his family's faces and you're sitting here celebrating it. Yeah, you think Charlie Kirk was just somebody that just showed up and kicked all your (butts) in debates. In reality, he was the sort of guy that showed up and defended tens of thousands of students that felt slandered, maligned, and even threatened by their schools, their peers, their professors, their administrators, right? And Charlie was the guy that showed up for them. So that's who you murdered."
But that's what they're going for, and they want to blame it on us.

Re: Charlie Kirk Shot
Turns out the shooter was involved in a relationship with his roommate, who was a trans person transitioning to female. He had confessed his actions to his roommate. Interestingly, it’s the trans roommate who contacted the shooter's parents to tell them about it, which led to the dude's father and later to turning him over to police.rtschl wrote: Fri Sep 12, 2025 6:18 pm The left is in a frenzy to make the assassin out to be a right wing MAGA. Re: Charlie Kirk Shot
Interesting analysis. Based upon this it appears he was hit at top of body armor and bullet deflected upwards into his neck.

Re: Charlie Kirk Shot
I initially thought that too, but it has since been debunked. In pictures taken minutes before he was shot, you can see nipples under his shirt. I don’t know any body armor that will allow that.Grayling813 wrote: Mon Sep 15, 2025 9:24 am Interesting analysis. Re: Charlie Kirk Shot
I’m not following this too closely, but the picture I saw did not look like an old surplus Mauser. They do make a Mauser rifle now in 30-06, it looks like any other bolt action rifle and I assumed it was one of those.
Re: Charlie Kirk Shot
I was wrong, apparently it was his grandpas rifle so I am assuming an old one.mrvmax wrote: Tue Sep 16, 2025 5:46 am I’m not following this too closely, but the picture I saw did not look like an old surplus Mauser.
